Pelican State CU Grants

Nine Scholarship Awards

Pelican State Credit Union recently granted $500 scholarship awards to nine college-bound members in its branch communities.

Recipients were chosen based on their remarkable academic achievements, extracurricular participation and community service. Each recipient was selected anonymously by a democratic committee made up of Pelican State employees who volunteered their time.

Scholarship awards are funded by Pelican State Credit Union under the leadership of Jeffrey K. Conrad, CEO/President. “This scholarship award can help local youth on their journey to continue their education on a collegiate level,” said Conrad.
