How can we get motivated to actually eat right and exercise more?
Walk through the door, get in there and stay committed just for two weeks. You really start to see a difference in just two weeks, and as the results start to develop you’ll get even more motivated.

What are some easy-to-remember diet tips for those who want to eat better?
We like to say, “Eat breakfast like a king, eat lunch like a prince and eat dinner like a peasant.” Balanced portions are key, but you should shoot to eliminate caloric intake throughout the day.

What kind of workout regimen would you recommend for someone just starting out at the gym?
Just go for three days a week, 30 minutes a day and work on about 10 strength training exercises.
