Photos Of The Month

Most of the time we only have one Photo Of The Month winner but this month we couldn’t decide, so Neighbors will share two photos with readers in this issue! Our first contest winner is David Roche. Can’t you tell that all David wants for his sixth birthday are his two front teeth? Our second contest winner is three-year-old Hannah Kelly. Hannah recently took part in a Miss Black Louisiana Pageant in her beautiful pink and blue dress. Sadly she did not win, but she is still mom’s little princess!
