Service Above Self

The first meeting of the Rotary Club of Central was held Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at the Central Fire Station near Sullivan and Hooper.   Rotarians from all over East Baton Rouge Parish discussed the new organization of business leaders that will soon become the 51^st club in Rotary International’s District 6200.  

The next meeting of the Rotary Club of Central was Tuesday, October 27, 2009, where the officers were elected to their positions.  Shown above (from left to right) is Kenny Wall, President, Ralph Washington, President-Elect, Les Hunt, Vice President, Marc Watts, Secretary, Katherine Richard, Treasurer, and Lucky Ross, Sergeant at Arms.
