Four-year-old Josh Phenald is our winner for the Central Neighbors' Cutest Kid in Central photo contest! Josh attends preschool at Galilee Baptist Academy. His mother, Angel, submitted this photograph and described him as "an amazing kid with the sweetest personality, he loves everyone!"
