Cookin' in Central: What a Success!
The 2010 version of Cookin’ in Cental was bigger and better than ever. Held on a beautiful weekend April 16 – 17, the event drew the largest crowd in its five-year history. .
The 2010 version of Cookin’ in Cental was bigger and better than ever. Held on a beautiful weekend April 16 – 17, the event drew the largest crowd in its five-year history. .
On Friday afternoon the crawfish were big and
plentiful. The Saturday barbecue feast pleased the thousands who came out to
enjoy things smoked and/or grilled by the outstanding local chefs of Central.
Even the famous “Who Dat Chef” Byron Bailey was in attendance (as seen at
right).
