Our Baton Rouge magazines combined to
form
South Baton Rouge Neighbors that goes to 16,000 homes!
Neighbors magazine is mailed to more than 40,000 of the finest homes in East Baton Rouge Parish. We work with chambers of commerce, civic associations, and homeowners associations throughout our distribution areas. Neighbors is proud to be the source of information about the history of the area and the wonderful organizations and places in it. We feature articles about people and events in your neighborhood.
Our magazine is published every other month. From the outset, our goal has been to support the efforts of the 26 active civic associations representing subdivisions where Neighbors magazine is mailed to every home. We are anxious to publish any and all news from these subdivisions.
Neighbors began as the official publication of the Kenilworth Civic Association, then merged into South and Southeast Neighbors. We recently combined these to feature one big magazine as South Neighbors, which is mailed to more than 16,000 homes in the following subdivisions:
Kenilworth, Walden, Magnolia Woods, Oak Hills, Highland Creek, Lakeside, Pollard Estates, Southside, Central Highland, University Acres, Tara, Bocage, Jefferson Place, Westminster and Pine Park, Hickory Ridge, Wedgewood, Woodlawn Estates, Carrington Place, Shenandoah Hills, High Woods, Shenandoah Estates, Shenandoah Park, Shenandoah Ridge, Lake Sherwood Acres and White Oak Landing.
We expanded to include the growing communities of the City of Central and Zachary. Our Central Neighbors issue is mailed to every home in Central with a circulation of 11,000, and Zachary Neighbors is mailed to every home in Zachary with a circulation of 12,500. We are proud to represent these growing communities and the businesses and people that embrace them.
As the Greater Baton Rouge area continues to grow, Neighbors is growing with it. We are well into our fifth year of publication and plan to go another five more! We are proud and delighted to be able to represent the businesses, community and people in this area.
We’re not just surviving, we’re thriving!
