Bigger and Better Than Last Year!
Second Annual Central Better Living Fair
Set for St. Alphonsus Saturday, March 24!
Everyone in Louisiana’s newest city knows
It’s
Better in Central! And the very best way to celebrate the unique flavor
of our favorite community is by attending the
Second Annual Central Better
Living Fair at the St. Alphonsus Family Center on Saturday, March 24th
from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
“It will be a full day of fun for the entire family, and we
sincerely hope everyone will come out to enjoy the fun and excitement,” said
Dr. Tony Lobue, Past President of the Central Chamber of Commerce. “The best
way to support the new City of Central is by supporting Central’s strong and
growing group of fine business leaders. You will see most of them exhibiting at
the Central Better Living Fair!”
In addition to the Central Chamber of Commerce, event
co-sponsors include Lane Regional Medical Center, Cox Communications, Coca-Cola
of Baton Rouge and
Central
Neighbors magazine.
In addition to a gigantic space walk and slide for the
youngsters from Party Time, a complete menu of goodies from Kristenwood
Catering will be served all day. Lane Regional Medical Center will offer free
blood pressure and blood glucose testing, and United Blood Service will be
conducting a blood drive. Blood donors will receive T-shirts and donors are
automatically registered to win a trip to Disney World.
A portion of all food and drink sales will be donated to St.
Alphonsus Catholic School.
There will be door prizes and show specials in addition to
the free health screenings.
Lane
Regional Medical Center, Cox Communications, Coca-Cola of Baton Rouge, the City
of Central Chamber of Commerce and
Neighbors magazine invite all
residents of Central to come out to the Second Annual Central Better Living
Fair on March 24, 2007, to see why
It’s Better in Central!
