Lot Winner Announced at Final Cookin’ For Our Kids Event
On May 31, the Cookin’ For Our Kids fundraiser came to an end with theannouncement of the winner of the lot raffle. Tracy Barnes was the lucky winner of the $70,000 lot at the Village at Magnolia Square. The money collected from the raffle raised the final number for funds contributed the Central Community School District to $330,908.01. The City of Central Chamber of Commerce agreed to make Cookin’ in Central and annual event for a community project. Nunnally Pollard Development, LLC donated the lot for the raffle.
